David Blair

As Chief Operating Officer, David oversees engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer delivery—ensuring Headwall’s solutions perform reliably in demanding industrial and remote sensing environments. His leadership centers on building scalable processes, strengthening organizational alignment, and supporting the company’s growth across global markets.

David brings more than 20 years of leadership in mission-critical manufacturing and advanced technology, with senior operations and engineering experience at BAE Systems. His expertise spans complex hardware systems, lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution—capabilities that strengthen Headwall’s ability to deliver with consistency, quality, and scale. David holds an MS in Management of Technology from the University of New Hampshire and additional credentials as a certified PMP, FAA Part 107 remote pilot, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
